validity of obc certificate in punjab or any other state?
As per Punjab Govt. Letter Number 1/02/2016-rs1/786587/1 dated 30-06-2016 (30th June 2016) and Welfare Deptt. letter No. 10/9/2009-rs1/62 dated 08-01-2010 (8th January 2010) certificate issued to a person belonging to OBC Categorhy is valid until he do not fall under the provision of creamh layer
